Job summary

Pavago is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive pipeline and revenue across accounting and financial services, working remotely during U.S. EST hours.

You will own outbound prospecting, multi-channel outreach, discovery calls, and independent closing of smaller deals. The ideal candidate has experience selling accounting, bookkeeping, financial, or related services and can communicate effectively with SMB owners about their pain points.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in accounting or financial services.
• Experience conducting discovery and qualification calls.
• Ability to close deals independently and manage full sales cycle.
• Strong outbound prospecting and lead-generation experience.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads across target verticals (churches, e-commerce, construction, home services, trucking, real estate).
• Execute multi-channel outreach: email, calls, LinkedIn, social media.
• Conduct discovery calls, qualify needs, present solutions, and close smaller deals.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline visibility from prospecting to close.
• Track outreach metrics and provide weekly performance updates.
