Job summary

Staff X is hiring a construction scheduling specialist for a fully remote role based in the Philippines. You will own the schedule for 30–40 concurrent projects, coordinating daily with site teams and making real-time rescheduling decisions to keep programs on track.

Responsibilities include building schedules, issuing subcontracts, and tracking KPIs while maintaining strong communication with site supervisors and trades. Insurance repair experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven scheduling experience for multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience coordinating with site teams and trades.
• Ability to perform delay analysis and develop recovery plans.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain schedules for a high-volume portfolio of residential and commercial projects.
• Reschedule autonomously in response to delays and scope changes, confirming revised dates with site staff.
• Issue purchase orders to subcontractors and trades as directed by the PM.
• Take real-time updates via phone with site supervisors and trades to resolve blockers.
• Monitor KPI progress against daily/weekly targets across live projects.
• Support PMs by absorbing scheduling and coordination workload across all active jobs.
