Job summary

D2B in the Philippines is seeking a dedicated Job Scheduler/Coordinator to join our remote team. You will book, coordinate and schedule jobs for field staff, allocating work by skill, availability and location, ensuring timely completion and efficient resource use.

This role requires AU/NZ industry experience or scheduling within AU/NZ business environments. You will work AU/NZ hours (7:00–16:00) remotely, using Uptick for scheduling and maintaining accurate records, with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in job scheduling, workforce coordination, or similar roles.
• Preferably in Australian or New Zealand business/service environments, or fire services industry.

Responsibilities

• Book and schedule jobs for field team based on requirements, location, staff availability and skillset.
• Allocate jobs to most suitable staff based on experience and capabilities.
• Review requirements and assess duration, skills and resources needed.
• Coordinate schedule changes including urgent jobs, cancellations and rescheduling.
• Maintain accurate schedules and records in Uptick.
• Coordinate with internal teams and field staff to share details and instructions.
• Monitor schedules to identify conflicts or delays.
• Ensure efficient scheduling to minimize travel and maximize utilization.
• Communicate scheduling updates clearly and promptly.
• Support team with general scheduling tasks as required.
