Job summary

D2B is seeking a dedicated Scheduler to join our remote team in the Philippines. The role focuses on booking and coordinating jobs for the field crew, allocating work based on skillset, location, and availability to keep projects on time.

Candidates should have AU/NZ fire services industry experience or equivalent scheduling experience within AU/NZ business environments. The position is full-time, remote, and aligned with AU/NZ business hours.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in job scheduling or workforce coordination, preferably in AU/NZ environments.
• Experience with Uptick is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Book and schedule jobs for the field team based on job requirements, location, staff availability, and skillset.
• Allocate jobs to the most suitable staff member based on their experience and capabilities.
• Review job requirements and assess the expected duration, skills, and resources needed.
• Coordinate changes to schedules, including urgent jobs, cancellations, rescheduling, and staff availability.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date job schedules and records in Uptick.
• Coordinate with internal teams and field staff to ensure they have the necessary job details and instructions.
• Monitor scheduled jobs and identify potential scheduling conflicts or delays.
• Ensure jobs are scheduled efficiently to minimize travel time and maximize team utilization.
• Communicate scheduling updates and changes clearly and promptly.
• Support the team with general scheduling and coordination tasks as required.
