Qualifications

• Experience as Allocator/Scheduler in construction or related industries.
• Experience supporting Australian clients or projects is highly desirable.
• Proficient with Excel for scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
• Strong English communication, both written and verbal.
• Ability to verify licenses, tickets, and competencies before deployment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workforce allocation across projects based on availability and qualifications.
• Develop, maintain, and update workforce schedules to ensure staffing and timely delivery.
• Verify tickets, licences, competencies, and certifications before site deployment.
• Ensure documentation compliance with Australian construction standards.
• Coordinate onboarding and compliance checks using platforms such as 3D Safety or Pegasus.
• Track availability, leave, and schedule changes; arrange replacements when needed.
• Maintain accurate workforce records and reports using Excel.
