Job summary

D2B is seeking a dedicated Scheduler/Coordinator for a remote role in the Philippines. You will book, coordinate, and schedule jobs for our team, optimizing allocations based on staff skills, location, and availability to ensure on-time completion.

Requirements include AU/NZ fire services industry experience or equivalent scheduling experience, strong organization, and excellent communication. This is a full-time remote position with AU/NZ calendar holidays and local Philippines work hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in job scheduling or workforce coordination in AU/NZ business environments.
• Fire services industry experience in AU/NZ is a plus.
• Uptick experience is highly desirable.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Book and schedule jobs for the field team based on requirements, location, staff availability, and skillset.
• Allocate jobs to the most suitable staff member based on experience and capabilities.
• Review requirements and assess duration, needed skills, and resources.
• Coordinate schedule changes, urgent jobs, cancellations and rescheduling.
• Maintain accurate job schedules and records in Uptick.
• Coordinate with internal teams and field staff to share details and instructions.
• Monitor schedules and identify conflicts or delays.
• Schedule efficiently to minimize travel and maximize utilization.
• Communicate scheduling updates clearly and promptly.
• Support the team with general scheduling and coordination tasks.
