D2B is seeking a dedicated and organized Planning Engineer for a remote role in the Philippines. You will develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules, produce accurate progress reports, and support project execution while following established planning standards.

The successful candidate will have 1–3 years of planning experience, proficiency with Primavera P6 or MS Project, and familiarity with Australian, New Zealand, or UK construction/production industries.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of proven Planning Engineer experience in construction, manufacturing, or production.
• Proficiency with planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and scheduling techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience in Australian, New Zealand, or UK construction/production industries is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules for internal projects.
• Monitor progress and identify schedule risks or delays.
• Prepare progress reports, resource allocation plans, and milestone tracking.
• Ensure planning activities comply with standards and processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support project execution and workflows.
• Address scheduling queries through the Project Manager or Senior Planning Engineer.
• Support continuous improvement of planning processes and reporting methods.
