New Era Technology PH is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to empower our sales team with accurate quotes, renewals, and procurement processing. You will collaborate with sales, vendors, and internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience while maintaining order accuracy in ConnectWise.

We value proactive, organized professionals with strong Excel and CRM skills, excellent communication, and a willingness to learn in a dynamic IT environment. Remote role, with standard business hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Sales Support or similar role.
• Experience preparing quotes, renewals, and processing orders.
• Strong Microsoft Office and CRM skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the sales team.
• Prepare and process customer quotes, orders, renewals, and documentation.
• Manage license agreements, subscriptions, and renewals through ConnectWise.
• Coordinate procurement activities including ordering and delivery.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with stock takes as required.
• Liaise with suppliers to track orders and backorders.
• Assist customers and internal teams with warranty claims and inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records in ConnectWise.
