Outsourced.ph is seeking a Renewal & Customer Operations Specialist to join our Customer Success team. This home-based, full-time role supports renewal cycles, handles routine inquiries, and ensures accurate data across CRM and billing tools.

You’ll manage renewal tracking, invoices, and basic support for a low-touch customer base, collaborating with internal teams to resolve questions quickly and keep customers satisfied.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years administrative, customer support, data entry, or operational experience.

Responsibilities

• Administrative Renewal Support: track renewals in CRM and keep pipelines up to date.
• Reactive Low-Touch Customer Support: respond to emails and routine questions from our low-touch customer base.
• Process Execution: use templates and campaigns; ensure data flows across CRM and billing tools.
