Job summary

Outsourced.ph is seeking a Renewal & Customer Operations Specialist (home-based) to support our customer success team. You will manage renewal cycles, prepare invoices, and act as the friendly point of contact for routine questions from our low-touch customer base.

The role emphasizes organization, process discipline, and timely communication; 1–3 years in admin or customer support with a detail-oriented, tech-savvy mindset is ideal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years in an admin, customer support, data entry, or operations role; experience with global or B2B SaaS is a plus.
• Strong written English, detail-oriented, organized, tech-savvy, and customer-centric attitude.

Responsibilities

• Administrative Renewal Support: track renewals in CRM, keep pipelines up to date, generate renewal invoices and paperwork.
• Reactive Low-Touch Customer Support: respond to emails, help customers locate invoices, update payment methods, provide self-serve resources.
• Process Execution: execute routine customer communications and campaigns; ensure data flows across CRM, billing tools, and spreadsheets.
