• Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends, address issues, and improve overall order management processes.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently handle the processing of customer orders placed through the Odoo ERP, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in order fulfillment.
• Maintain the Odoo ERP by monitoring order queues, updating order statuses, and resolving any technical issues or errors encountered within the system.
• Collaborate with IT or technical support teams as needed for more complex issues.
