Job summary

Shore360 is seeking a proactive Sales Support professional in the Philippines to assist Account Executives and the Sales team. Responsibilities include processing quotes, orders, dispatch and collection entries, and providing timely order status updates to customers and partners.

The role requires 2–3 years in sales admin or customer service, strong communication, and attention to detail. Proficiency with ERP systems, Excel/Google Sheets, and collaboration tools like Slack/Teams is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in a sales administration, customer service, or data entry role.
• Collaborative approach and team player with strong communication.
• Accurate data entry and high attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Clear criminal record check (CRC).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal sales team members.
• Collaborate with partner network including distribution.
• Frequent communication with customers, key contacts, and end users.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolving customer issues.
• Daily/weekly work-in-progress meetings.
• General sales administration.
• Monitoring and responding to shared mailbox, Slack/Teams.
• Processing sales quotes, orders, invoices.
• Dispatch/retrieval order entry.
• Collection and return order entry.
