Job summary

Delegate CX is seeking a Home-Based Sales Assistant to support client services with backend project management, coordinate with end users, sales executives, suppliers, and account managers to ensure a great customer experience.

You will prepare proposals, quotes, and opportunities, maintain up-to-date records, handle high volumes of emails, and assist with sales presentations while providing day-to-day customer service to clients and vendors.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration, or any related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years in direct Promotional, Customer Service, or Order Management role.
• Language: Excellent English communication (spoken and written).
• Schedule: Overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or US hours.
• Technical: Proficient in Microsoft and Google apps; basic exposure to Adobe tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with information on pricing, features, and availability.
• Create proposals, quotes, and opportunities.
• Prepare sales presentations and compile data.
• Document order-related activities in systems.
• Follow up with suppliers on orders.
• Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Manage a high volume of inbound/outbound emails.
• Provide general day-to-day customer service to clients and vendors.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks aligned with sales support.
