Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Renew subscriptions and follow up with existing customers.
• Reach out before expiry and promote upgrades or add-ons.
• Handle cancellations and identify retention opportunities.
• Re-engage inactive customers and recover churn risk.
• Record interactions and coordinate with marketing on retention campaigns.
• Meet monthly retention and subscription targets.
