• 8+ years experience in Sales, Account Management or Customer Success with sales targets
• Experience working with SMEs/startups in fast-paced setups
• Strong collaboration across cross-functional teams to drive renewals and upsell
• Proactive, data-driven mindset with ability to manage a renewal pipeline

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly renewal rate targets and CSAT objectives
• Investigate end-to-end customer interactions to drive resolution and trust
• Hit monthly cash collection targets through renewals and upsell
• Maintain and track sales pipeline with data-driven prioritization
• Collaborate with accounting, corpsec, product and data teams to improve renewal processes
