Job summary

Outsourced is hiring a Senior Customer Retention Specialist to manage a large portfolio of accounts, driving engagement and long-term retention across a high-volume environment. The role focuses on proactive outreach, product adoption, and relationship management.

You will work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, maximize product value, and ensure customer satisfaction in a remote, work-from-home setup.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume portfolio with strong organization.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience using CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts as the primary contact.
• Proactively engage customers to drive product adoption and long-term engagement.
• Develop and execute outreach plans to maintain strong relationships across the lifecycle.
• Monitor account health and identify early signs of disengagement or risk.
• Collaborate with Finance to resolve payment concerns and escalations.
• Guide customers to platform resources and best practices to maximize value.
• Coordinate with Customer Success, Support and other teams to improve the customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
