Job summary

Sleek Corp in the Philippines is seeking a senior Renewal/Customer Success leader to renew subscriptions, drive cash collection, and upsell within our growing B2B SaaS portfolio. You will renew and expand revenue while maintaining high CSAT, working with accounting, product, and data teams.

This role requires 8+ years in renewals, fluent English, and the ability to partner across functions to improve renewal processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years experience in Renewals or Customer Success management.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or services with renewals and cash collection targets.
• Ability to manage a customer pipeline with CRM hygiene, reporting and forecasting.
• Strong written and spoken English; comfortable with Australian-market clients.
