Job summary

Saxton Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales & Sales Operations Executive to support its Philippines activities. This remote, office-based position handles customer and partner enquiries, prepares quotations and coordinates with the regional team.

You will maintain accurate records and manage opportunities, ensuring timely follow-ups and pricing accuracy. The role requires two years in inside sales or sales support, strong English, and proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, IT or related discipline.
• At least two years in inside sales, sales coordination, customer service or B2B sales support.
• Experience with distributors, system integrators, IT products or technical solutions is a plus.
• Strong written and spoken English; able to communicate via telephone, email, and online meetings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and online collaboration tools.
• Organised, dependable and able to manage multiple follow-up actions.
• Comfortable working remotely in a distributed environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries from customers, resellers and system integrators.
• Understand customer requirements and obtain project information.
• Coordinate with management and technical resources for clarifications.
• Maintain regular contact with partners and customers.
• Arrange online meetings, technical discussions, product presentations and follow-ups.
• Prepare quotations using approved pricing and templates.
• Follow up on quotations and record the latest opportunity status.
• Coordinate purchase orders, delivery requirements and supporting documentation.
• Liaise with Singapore office on pricing, product availability and order status.
• Ensure quotations and documents are accurate before submission.
