Job summary

Sleek is seeking an experienced Renewals/ Customer Success professional to renew services for our Australian client base from the Philippines. You will drive renewal targets, manage cash collection, and upsell opportunities while maintaining high CSAT scores.

You will collaborate with accounting, product, and data teams in a data-driven way to optimize renewal processes, improve customer experiences, and report on pipeline and KPIs. A strong English communicator will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years experience in Renewals or Customer Success management roles, located in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly renewal rate targets across the Australian client base.
• Drive cash collection through renewals, upsell and upgrades.
• Maintain a data-driven book of business and pipeline using CRM and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with accounting, product, and data teams to resolve customer issues.
• Monitor KPIs and proactively outreach to hit monthly targets.
