Pavago is hiring a Sales Assistant (Remote) to support a fast-paced sales team by keeping operations organized, accurate, and moving forward. This execution-focused role centers on CRM management, scheduling, proposal preparation, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.

You will help sales reps focus on building relationships and closing deals while ensuring nothing falls through the cracks, with US business hours and remote flexibility for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Sales Support, Admin Support, or Operations Coordination.
• Hands-on experience with at least one CRM platform.
• Strong scheduling and calendar management experience.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written English communication.
• Highly organized with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean CRM data across platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive).
• Update leads, contacts, opportunities, and accounts daily.
• Schedule discovery calls, demos, and follow-ups across time zones.
• Prepare proposals, quotes, and presentations; support RFP/RFI responses.
• Generate weekly/monthly reports and maintain sales dashboards.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Finance, and Operations to move deals forward.
• Draft follow-up emails and manage communication workflows.
