Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in Sales/Administrative Support or Operations Coordination
• Hands-on experience with at least one CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot/Zoho/Pipedrive)
• Strong scheduling and calendar management
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
• Strong written English communication and high attention to detail

Responsibilities

• CRM Management & Sales Operations: Maintain accurate records and pipeline hygiene
• Scheduling & Calendar Coordination: Manage multi-time-zone schedules and reminders
• Proposals & Sales Documents: Prepare, format, and proofread proposals, quotes, and presentations
• Reporting & Pipeline Tracking: Create weekly/monthly reports and dashboards
• Communication & Follow-Up: Draft professional follow-ups and keep momentum
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations
