Emapta Philippines is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to support the deal lifecycle, pricing, CRM intelligence, partner coordination, and order execution from a remote setup.

Qualifications

• Up to 2 years' experience in sales operations or related role
• Strong data management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and CRM platforms, including Quickbase, Excel, and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Support deal registration activities, including submission, tracking, validation, and coordination with sales and partner teams
• Prepare pricing requests and ensure accuracy, compliance with guidelines, and timely approvals
• Support the Sales team by entering and maintaining vendor-provided opportunities in the CRM
• Ensure CRM records remain accurate, complete, and aligned with internal sales processes
• Complete account reviews for smaller-revenue accounts
• Launch orders and manage early-stage inventory records
• Provide timely communication and support to internal stakeholders regarding deal, pricing, and order-related inquiries
