Qualifications
- 1–3 years in account management, customer success, sales support, renewals, or related roles.
- Strong phone/video communication and written skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requests with attention to detail.
- Experience coordinating across Sales, Customer Success, Support, Finance, and Operations.
- Experience with chapter-based organizations, nonprofits, or federated structures is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Handle small sales orders and guide customers through steps.
- Route inbound requests to appropriate owners and ensure follow-up.
- Support larger deals with account research and meeting prep.
- Assist with chapter-level sales conversations and potential expansions.
- Support account planning and event-related activities.
