Early-career experience of up to 2 years in sales operations, internal support, or a related role
Strong data management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft applications and CRM platforms, including Quickbase, Excel, and Outlook
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Ability to follow documented protocols and established processes
Support deal registration activities, including submission, tracking, validation, and coordination with sales and partner teams
Prepare pricing requests and ensure accuracy, compliance with guidelines, and timely approvals
Support the Sales team by entering and maintaining vendor-provided opportunities in the CRM
Ensure CRM records remain accurate, complete, and aligned with internal sales processes
Complete account reviews for smaller-revenue accounts
Launch orders and manage early-stage inventory records
Provide timely communication and support to internal stakeholders regarding deal, pricing, and order-related inquiries
