Emapta Philippines seeks a Manager, Order Desk to lead a global order-to-cash function. You will oversee quotes, orders, amendments, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance across Salesforce, CPQ, and document tools.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Finance, and RevOps, drive process improvements, and mentor a team in a remote, permanent-WFH setup in the Philippines. This role offers night shift benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Order Management, CPQ, or related ops roles, with 2+ years in management.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and document workflows.
• Understanding of quote-to-order processes and SaaS SKUs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Order Desk team to ensure accurate quotes, orders, amendments, and contracts.
• Oversee end-to-end order workflows from quote to booking and provisioning.
• Coach and QA oversight for Order Desk Specialists.
