Emapta Philippines is seeking a Service Operations Coordinator to keep U.S. building security operations running by coordinating technicians, service calls, and workflows from a remote setup.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of administrative or operations experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple moving parts, priorities, and deadlines
• Experience in service, construction, or trade-related industries is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technician schedules for security and access control service calls
• Track work orders from intake through completion and invoice readiness
• Communicate with property managers, building engineers, and clients
• Maintain organized documentation and prevent operational backlogs
• Receive and verify equipment shipments
• Record vendor bills and support billing accuracy
• Coordinate installations and track project progress
• Support internal help desk activities and route technical issues to the appropriate resources as needed
