DCX is a leading U.S.-focused BPO in the promotional products space, seeking a Home-Based Customer Support Representative. You will handle front-line inquiries via live chat and email, troubleshoot basic issues, and deliver an exceptional customer experience for commonsku users.

This role emphasizes English proficiency, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tickets during US CST night shifts from the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–3 years of Customer Service experience or similar roles
• Excellent written and spoken English; Spanish a plus
• Must be available to work U.S. CST hours (night shift in PH time)
• Basic math/calculation skills required
• Proficient with CRM/help desk tools; comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line customer support via live chat and email.
• Handle inbound support requests for commonsku customers.
• Respond to inquiries through chat and email using ticketing systems.
• Provide how-to guidance and basic troubleshooting on the commonsku platform.
• Escalate tickets needing deeper investigation to internal teams.
• Coordinate with teammates via Slack for internal workflows and escalation.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
