Job summary

SmartGeez Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-based home and living specialist hiring a Sales Administration Executive to support quotes, invoicing, CRM maintenance and order follow-ups from home in the Philippines.

You will help keep the sales engine running smoothly so the team can focus on customers. Hours are 9 AM to 6 PM Manila time, 5.5 days per week including weekend days; you get one full weekday off and one half-day off on another weekday.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a sales support, admin, or customer service role.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required if your experience is strong.
• Strong written English; you will be talking to customers in Singapore.
• Attention to accuracy with numbers, names, addresses, and dates.
• Self-managing with proactive updates.

Responsibilities

• Own the order cycle end to end: take customer enquiries, prepare quotations, confirm orders, and issue invoices
• Follow up with customers for payment and confirm receipt
• Coordinate with our fulfilment and installation partners to arrange delivery and confirm completion
• Maintain and update customer records in our CRM (Kommo) at every step
• Reply to customer messages and chats during business hours; escalate when needed
• Help maintain product listings and content on our website (training provided)
• Generate simple sales reports and flag anything unusual in the data
• Handle general office correspondence and documentation
