Job summary

RecruitGo is seeking a Business Support Assistant to be the first point of contact for customers, handling calls, emails, and chats, and converting quotes into tasks for the estimating team. You will support sales and project teams to ensure timely responses and exceptional service.

The role requires working UK hours with a 7:30am–4:00pm schedule and a 3:30pm finish on Fridays. This remote role is based in the Philippines (Quezon City area) with a competitive monthly salary.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years in customer service or sales support or BPO.
• Excellent written and spoken English; comfortable with UK customers.
• Strong Excel/Outlook and CRM usage skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone and email enquiries; log in CRM accurately.
• Be the first point of contact for customers; respond promptly and helpfully.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely project updates and client communication.
• Qualify and process enquiries; provide product-related support and direct queries to the right team.
