Job summary

SOVA is seeking a meticulous Sales Admin to support data entry, product loading, and maintenance of internal tools for a US-based client. This fully remote role offers flexibility and requires strong Excel skills and PM tool experience.

You will coordinate with brands, validate data quality, and turn around item forms via Excel or retailer portals, ensuring accurate records across platforms. Monday–Friday, PST-aligned hours.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of data entry or administrative experience.
• Experience working with a US-based company.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Monday.com or similar PM tools.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently handle multiple data entry tasks concurrently and prioritize workload.
• Support and maintain existing internal tools and systems.
• Validate data entries for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Turn around new item forms and promotional forms via Excel or retailer portals.
• Manage product-related data and ensure accurate records across systems.
• Coordinate with teams and brands to gather and distribute information.
