SOVA is seeking a Data Entry Specialist for a full-time remote position based anywhere with US time zones. You will accurately input and maintain business data in our systems, focusing on detail, accuracy, and meeting deadlines.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in data entry or admin support, type 50+ WPM with high accuracy, and strong English communication. The role offers an independent contractor arrangement with bi-monthly payments and potential for long-term commitment.

Competenze

• 2+ years of data entry or administrative support experience.
• High typing speed (50+ WPM) with high accuracy.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel and data entry software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
• Comfortable working in U.S. time zones.

Mansioni

• Enter and update data accurately in internal systems or databases.
• Review data for completeness, accuracy and formatting.
• Maintain digital records and organize information for easy access.
• Communicate with team to clarify missing information.
• Perform basic reconciliation of entries to ensure accuracy.
• Meet daily or weekly data entry targets and quality standards.
• Support additional administrative tasks as needed.
