• Hands-on experience navigating Pipedrive to track leads and onboarding workflows.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace; strong written English.
• Attention to detail in census data, service agreements, and timelines.

Aufgaben

• Support client onboarding and coordinate with recordkeepers.
• Gather census data and draft startup documents for executive review.
• Manage CRM pipeline activities and document client interactions.
• Communicate with clients and recordkeepers via email.
• Guide migrations across Advisor, TPA, Recordkeeper, Investments.
