SOVA is seeking a Customer Support/Virtual Assistant to handle client follow-ups, respond with templates, generate leads online, and manage social media and property visuals. You will maintain a leads database, create marketing materials, and coordinate appointments while routing calls to the right contacts.

The role requires strong English communication, organizational skills, and willingness to work rotating shifts, including graveyard hours.

• Experience handling customer queries using templates.
