Job summary

KMC Solutions is seeking a Renewals Representative in a WFH setup with a fixed night shift. The role requires 3+ years in a SaaS or Cloud environment, preferably in Renewals, Sales, or Customer Success.

You will proactively manage renewals to maximize MRR/NRR, develop renewal strategies, and coordinate with Legal and Finance for contract governance. Strong communication, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a SaaS or Cloud company, preferably in Renewals, Sales, or Customer Success.
• Strong understanding of SaaS subscription business models and commercial metrics.
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work across all levels of the organization.
• Excellent communication, value-based negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Results-oriented, with experience in forecasting and data-driven decision-making.
• Demonstrated excellence in presentation skills, with the ability to deliver strategic messaging in meetings.
• Experience using Salesforce and Clari.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, proactive mindset, and high say/do ratio.

Responsibilities

• Renewal Management: Proactively manage renewals, maximize MRR and NRR, set renewal terms and contracts.
• Develop renewal strategies based on account segmentation and customer needs.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with Account Executives during renewals.
• Support indirect customer migrations at renewal points, partnering with Legal and Finance as needed.
• Capture customer feedback to improve retention and product adoption.
• Handle other day-to-day renewal operations.
