Job summary

KMC Solutions is seeking a Renewals Representative to own renewal processes for a designated book of business, driving both renewal rates and strategic growth. You will collaborate with sales, legal, and finance to optimize terms, pricing, and expiration outcomes while ensuring customer value and retention.

The role requires strong SaaS renewal experience, excellent communication, and a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in SaaS or cloud, preferably in Renewals, Sales, or Customer Success.
• Strong understanding of SaaS subscription models and metrics.
• Excellent communication, value-based negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Forecasting and data-driven decision-making experience.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage and track renewals to maximize MRR and NRR.
• Develop and execute renewal strategies based on account segmentation and customer needs.
• Manage renewal terms, pricing, and extensions; identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities with Account Executives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support migrations at renewal.
• Partner with Legal and Finance on contracts, pricing approvals, and terms.
• Capture customer feedback to improve retention and product adoption.
