Job summary

BeepXtra Philippines, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Analyst to handle transaction processing, reconciliations, and monthly close from a remote setting. You will record entries in QuickBooks Online, monitor accounts, and support global finance operations.

The role requires 2+ years in accounting, strong Excel skills, and excellent English communication. Night shift alignment with U.S. business hours is expected in a remote, international team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accountancy, finance or related field.
• Two+ years in accounting, finance or bookkeeping.
• Experience in general accounting, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online is highly preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work with colleagues across multiple countries/time zones.
• Willingness to work U.S. business hours (night shift).

Responsibilities

• Review and process TSRs and record transactions in QuickBooks Online.
• Perform bank reconciliations and review balances and invoices.
• Support month-end close, finance reporting, and related schedules.
• Monitor risk inbox and respond to requests promptly.
• Assist in SOP maintenance and process improvements.
• Provide backup support to senior analysts and finance team.
