Job summary

LogiScale Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Accountant to oversee day-to-day accounting activities, including AP, AR, billing, reconciliations, payroll, procurement, and reporting.

You will ensure accurate financial records and timely month-end close, while maintaining strong controls and clear communication with stakeholders. The role requires hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and Excel, and familiarity with ConnectWise Manage.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on accounting experience, with exposure to AP, AR, reconciliations, billing and general accounting functions.
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel, including reconciliation schedules and data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with ConnectWise Manage or a comparable PSA system.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial controls, transaction accuracy, supporting documentation, and procurement workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• General Accounting & Reconciliation: Maintain QuickBooks Online records and perform bank, vendor, payroll, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable: Process vendor bills, expenses, payments, and customer billing; reconcile vendor accounts and monitor AR aging.
• Orders & Procurement: Review sales and purchase orders for accuracy and cost allocation; support project cost and margin tracking.
• Payroll Support: Assist with payroll reconciliation, reporting, and recording payroll expenses; maintain confidentiality.
• Financial Analysis & Reporting: Prepare Excel-based reconciliations, trackers, and management reports; analyze variances and drive process improvements.
