Tavor Perry is seeking a proactive inside sales professional to join a multi-location home services business. The role centers on fast lead follow-up by phone and text, CRM management, marketing monitoring, and business reporting.

You will confidently engage US customers, analyze data, and own the sales cycle from quote to booking, while collaborating to recover lost opportunities and build customer loyalty.

Formación

• Proven inside sales experience with track record of converting leads.
• Excellent spoken and written English, comfortable with US customers.
• Hands-on CRM usage, logging activity and generating reports.
• Strong spreadsheet skills and data trend analysis.
• Proactive, owner-minded approach to spotting problems and opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor CRM for quotes, bookings, cancellations, and voided jobs and act quickly on opportunities.
• Call new quote requests promptly to close sales and upsell services.
• Follow up on unbooked quotes and inbound inquiries to win back lost business.
• Nurture leads through to bookings via outbound calls and campaigns.
• Analyze canceled/voided jobs to learn reasons and recover customers.
