Qualifications

• Proven inside sales or lead follow-up experience with a track record of converting leads.

Responsabilités

• Monitor CRM for quotes, bookings, cancellations, and voided jobs; act fast.
• Call new quote requests promptly to close sales and upsell services.
• Follow up on unbooked quotes and inquiries to recover lost business.
• Call outbound prospects and nurture leads to bookings.
• Analyze cancellations/voided jobs to win back customers.
• Text recent customers, share Google reviews, monitor reviews across locations.
• Post approved content and monitor social channels; flag leads and issues.
• Monitor ads and run daily competitor searches.
• Run and analyze CRM and advertising reports on revenue and sources.
• Review fuel cards and vehicle reports; support with data entry.
