Tavor Perry is seeking a proactive inside sales professional to help our multi-location home services business book more jobs and win back lost opportunities.

You will manage fast lead follow-up by phone and text, supported by CRM management, marketing monitoring, and business reporting. You should be confident talking with US customers, comfortable with numbers, and think like an owner rather than just ticking boxes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in inside sales with a track record of converting leads.
• Excellent spoken and written English; confident with US customers via phone/text.
• Hands-on CRM experience with logging activity and pulling reports.
• Strong spreadsheet skills and ability to analyze data and identify trends.
• Proficient with Google Workspace and quick to learn new software.
• Experience posting and monitoring content on major social media platforms.
• Proactive, owner-minded approach to identifying problems and opportunities.
• Organized, precise, able to manage own workload.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on quotes, bookings, cancellations, and voided jobs in CRM and act quickly on opportunities.
• Call new quote requests promptly to close sales and upsell services.
• Pursue unbooked quotes and missed calls to recover lost business.
• Guide interested leads from outbound calls to final bookings.
• Analyze cancellations to understand losses and recover customers where possible.
• Engage recent customers to gather feedback and solicit reviews; monitor reviews across all locations.
