Responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective US small business leads based on defined criteria.
• Cold call prospects to introduce our services and qualify them.
• Book qualified appointments for the sales team to follow up on and close.
• Capture key prospect information accurately on every call.
• Manage daily outbound calling through our existing phone/dialer system.
• Send daily end-of-shift reports summarizing calls made, leads collected, voicemails, and missed calls.
• Log your hours accurately in the provided time tracking system.
• Follow the provided call scripts and outreach guidelines.
• Work with the sales team to make sure qualified leads are handed off smoothly.
