Job summary

Remote Raven seeks a Project Coordinator to keep the operational picture on restoration projects across the Phoenix and Tucson markets handled fully remotely. You will track active jobs, maintain clean data, and drive calls to keep work moving within Arizona business hours.

You will report to operations and collaborate with field crews and internal teams. The role demands 3+ years of coordination, strong Excel skills, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project coordination experience in construction/restoration.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency with multiple sheets and lookups.
• Full Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Experience using job management or project tracking software.
• Excellent English communication, written and spoken.
• Speed and accuracy must be combined.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter mentality to identify and act without direction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track multiple active restoration/construction jobs in the job management system.
• Keep job data current and accurate across systems and Excel.
• Monitor progress, identify delays, and take action to stay on schedule.
• Coordinate with internal teams and field crews to meet milestones.
• Build and manage detailed Excel spreadsheets; audit for accuracy.
• Make outbound calls to clients, field personnel, and insurers for updates.
• Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally by phone and email.
• Communicate using the full Microsoft Office Suite daily; produce reports.
• Prioritize tasks in a high-volume environment and flag issues early.
