Job summary

RemoteRaven is hiring a Project Coordinator for a 100% remote, full-time position aligned to the Arizona Time Zone. The role covers pricing, quoting, vendor communication, order placement, shipment tracking and invoicing to keep projects on time and within budget.

It sits at the interface of sales, design, project management and vendor operations. Daily collaboration with internal teams and manufacturer partners ensures accurate pricing and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects or related operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with order-entry workflows, vendor management, or procurement processes is a strong advantage.
• Experience with manufacturers, lead times, and product acknowledgements a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pricing and quoting: obtain pricing, prepare quotes, update quotes as scope changes, verify details before finalizing pricing.
• Order processing and documentation: create POs, review acknowledgements, track orders, maintain project docs.
• Project and team coordination: collaborate with Sales, Project Managers, Designers; provide proactive status updates.
• Issue resolution and punch-list: monitor items, order corrective products quickly, confirm completion and client satisfaction.
• Invoicing and financial accuracy: generate invoices, ensure alignment with orders and client agreements.
