Job summary

BruntWork is hiring a Guest Services Specialist to be the voice of hospitality for a premier restaurant group. You will handle high-volume guest communications across phone, chat, email, and SMS, ensuring reservations are accurate and guest issues are resolved with care.

Working remotely in the Philippines, you’ll use Zendesk and SevenRooms to support a seamless guest journey, collaborating with restaurant teams to maintain guest satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or restaurant contact center.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Familiarity with Zendesk and SevenRooms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming phone calls from restaurant guests for reservations and inquiries.
• Manage guest communications through Zendesk across WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
• Input and manage restaurant reservations using SevenRooms.
• Resolve guest issues across channels.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and reservations.
• Support a seamless guest journey from inquiry to reservation.
• Collaborate with restaurant teams to ensure smooth operations.
