Job summary

Antasis Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a guest services professional to manage high-volume reservations and provide exceptional service. You will help guests with bookings and changes, and ensure a smooth guest experience while leveraging hospitality knowledge and basic Excel skills. SevenRooms experience is a plus.

You will communicate with guests via phone, email, and chat, aim to resolve concerns professionally, and contribute to a supportive and growth‑oriented team environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong communication skills.
• 1–3 years in hospitality, hotel reservations, guest services, or BPO.
• Experience speaking with American customers.
• Knowledge of hotel operations and guest relations is essential.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills; willingness to learn reservation systems.
