Job summary

Dash Living Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive Online Receptionist to support our Singapore operations remotely from the Philippines.

You will manage the virtual front desk, assist with check-ins/check-outs, reservations, and payments, and ensure a seamless guest experience while coordinating with on-site teams. Ideal candidates have hospitality experience, solid English communication, and familiarity with PMS and payment platforms.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or hotel operations.
• Experience in front desk, concierge, reservations, or online reception operations is advantageous.
• Familiarity with PMS (Cloudbeds) and OTA extranets is preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to handle inquiries professionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage virtual front desk operations and guest check-ins/outs.
• Verify reservations, IDs, and payments across platforms.
• Assist guests with self-check-in procedures and access instructions.
• Handle keycard-related concerns and Salto activations when required.
• Respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally across channels.
• Process and verify payments using Stripe, POS, and other channels.
• Coordinate room moves and reservation changes with relevant teams.
• Escalate urgent guest requests and operational issues as needed.
