Job summary

Outsource Access, Inc. is seeking a highly precise, English-proficient operations specialist for a fully remote role from the Philippines. You will oversee high-volume digital orders, verify guest matrices, build quotes in Zendesk, and manage loyalty and payment systems to ensure flawless execution and customer satisfaction.

You will also audit tax exemptions, handle order reversals in OLO, and sustain accurate credit logs while supporting real-time dashboards and multi-location pipelines.

Qualifications

• thrives in real-time, high-stakes environments with extreme accuracy
• Fluent English for drafting adjustments and templates
• Maintains absolute structural organization across multi-location spreadsheets
• Proficient with or able to rapidly learn a unified software stack (OLO, Toast, Paytronix, Zendesk, Yext)
• Has a dedicated remote workspace with reliable internet to manage dashboards and pipelines

Responsibilities

• Engineering flawless catering pipelines by cross-verifying guest matrices and building precise quotes in Zendesk
• Protecting the brand’s reputation by addressing negative feedback and maintaining digital presence
• Balancing the books with precision by auditing tax exemptions and processing order reversals in OLO
• Cultivating customer loyalty by auditing wallet balances in Paytronix and managing gift card infrastructure
