Job summary

OpsWerks in Cebu City, Philippines, seeks a Senior Technology Recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment for technology roles and partner with engineering and people leaders to attract top talent.

You will source and screen candidates for senior to principal levels, run proactive lead-generation programs, publish optimized job postings, and build dashboards tracking time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and diversity metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in tech, with 2+ years in SRE/DevOps/Cloud roles.
• Proven ability to source and close senior to principal-level talent via LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience leading proactive lead-generation programs to build pipelines.
• Experience managing external agencies and mentoring contract recruiters.
• Knowledge of modern engineering practices and cloud platforms.
• Proficient in creating and interpreting recruitment metrics and ATS usage.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across all technology roles from sourcing to closing.
• Engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools.
• Lead lead-generation initiatives (events, referrals, outreach) to build pipelines.
• Publish and optimize job postings; monitor performance metrics.
• Design recruitment dashboards (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, diversity).
• Analyze hiring data to forecast needs and recommend improvements.
• Manage third-party agencies and headhunters; negotiate and track performance.
• Coach contract recruiters and ensure SLAs are met.
• Partner with engineering leaders to shape requisitions and improve candidate experience.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance hiring processes and automation.
