Job summary

peoplegig is seeking a Recruitment Administrator to support the growth and management of our support worker candidate database. You will focus on data accuracy, candidate administration, research, and database management to help the team quickly identify suitable candidates for client opportunities.

The role emphasizes data handling and profiling over end-to-end recruitment, working remotely from the Philippines with a focus on building a strong talent pool for future roles.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment administration, data entry, or similar administrative roles.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling candidate information.
• Experience with databases, ATS, spreadsheets or CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Review applicant pools and identify candidates with relevant support worker experience.
• Separate relevant applicants from unrelated groups such as labour-hire roles.
• Review applications, resumes and profiles to identify relevant experience, location and qualifications.
• Capture and transpose candidate information into internal databases and tracking systems.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
• Organise candidate information for quick searching and matching to client requirements.
• Research and validate candidate information as needed.
• Categorise candidates by field, experience, location and other criteria.
• Build and maintain a reliable support worker talent pool.
• Assist recruitment team in identifying suitable candidate profiles for opportunities.
• Ensure data is complete, accurate and consistently recorded.
• Support development of candidate database/ATS by structuring information.
• Work with recruitment team to provide candidate profiles for endorsement when required.
