Job summary

Boomering is seeking a detail-oriented CRM & Data Administrator on a 3-month, work-from-home project. You will review, validate, and maintain prospect data across CRM systems, researching and updating records with high accuracy.

The role emphasizes data quality, ability to handle high volumes, and collaboration with teams for timely updates. Strong Excel and research skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in CRM or data administration roles.
• Experience with CRM platforms; HubSpot and/or SugarCRM preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong online research and information validation skills.
• Excellent written English and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable with repetitive, high-volume data tasks.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Ability to follow clearly defined criteria and escalate when needed.

Responsibilities

• Review bounced emails, and verify accuracy of contact information and records.
• Check if existing contacts are still with the organization and in the same role/region.
• Update job titles, contact details, and emails as information changes.
• Identify replacement contacts when needed based on criteria.
• Complete missing data in existing records and maintain CRM datasets.
• Maintain data across HubSpot and SugarCRM.
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other sources to validate information.
• Track data changes using Excel for auditing and cleanup.
• Flag records needing review rather than making blind eligibility decisions.
• Follow established data-quality standards and processes.
